- For the first two months, you will receive a monthly allowance of RM800 without a basic salary, along with 100% of the commission your earn, starting in the third month, your allowance will increase to RM1,500.
- As you successfully acquire new customers and generate revenue, your monthly income will gradually increase. After completing a six-month probation period and being confirmed as a permanent employee, you total compensation package, including EFP, can reach up to RM25,000 per month, depending on your performance.
- The sales acquisition processes may be as results of winning contracts by open tenders, and lead time of 2~3 months to “Go-lives”, you will start to receive your commission when the customers started to generate revenue, overall, it may take 3~6 months from your day-1, during this period, the Co. pay you incremental basic allowance when you win more deals.
- When you work relentlessly towards performance and deliver good results, you will be rewarded further on bonuses and long term incentive on top of your monthly income, that will increase your bank savings, deserve a decent holidays with your loved ones.

- Job requirements:
- YOU will be expected to work 5 days/week full time and sometimes on irregular hours, be a thought and decisive leader, from formulating strategies and planning to setting goals, target objectives and its execution to results
- To recruit to build a Business Development team, go to market grow customers network, nationwide
- Deep dive and understand market landscape, creating strategic papers of the specific market segmentation, develop strategic key corporate customers
- Plan, formulate sales target, order forecast, business review, grow revenue
- Present ioT smart solution digital products and services, “Plug & Play” offering to customers, to speed up their digital transformation (ecosystem)
- Assessment, listen and understand customer’s pain points, status quo, competitors, “stand in the shoe” of customers, capable to identify hidden opportunities, making impactful beneficial proposal, value creation
- Marketing communication, adopt social media, creativity, event to increase brand awareness
- Track, anticipate, follow, lobby and participate in open tenders to winning contracts, risks mitigation, potential partnerships, collaboration and team-up
- Maintain long term, key strategic customer’s relationships management
- Job Qualification:
- Bechalor’s degree holders on relevant fields, eager to learn more about digital innovation with internet of things, artificial intelligence, big data, APP, e-wallets
- Relevant working experiences, ideally at leadership role, those without a degree but vast experiences in leading car parking and toll industry can be considered (especially those who has strong network with head of properties, shopping malls, hospital, offices, and government, the ministers of Digital, KKR, Economy, KPKT, Transport, Tourism ). You may be a retiree but still active and influential with key stakeholders
- Required Skill(s): Presentation, communication, conduct customer’s & competitor’s research, informative, insightful, strategic and influential, persuasive, persistency, people networking, market research with analytical skill, outspoken.
- Obvious leadership, energetic with burning passion, “Can do attitude”, mission possible, deal with challenges and pressure, sense of urgency and aggressiveness, focus & hands on to make it happen!
