Hispeedcity Sdn Bhd had the opportunity to present at a briefing session on the proposed Unified Digital EV Charging Platform in Malaysia. The session was chaired by YBrs. TPr Saidin bin Lateh, Deputy Director General (Development), PLANMalaysia, and coordinated by the Legal and Planning Regulatory Division, with participation from various key units including PLANMalaysia Zon Tengah, R&D Division, MGTC, and MyZEVA.
Our presentation highlighted the proposal for ONE unified digital system connecting all Charge Point Operators (CPOs) nationwide, which aimed at improving the EV user experience by simplifying how users locate EV charging stations on real time, 24/7, from search, book, pay & charge.
Also presented during the session was MEVNet, an online geospatial planning and monitoring platform under PPZT PLANMalaysia, supporting Malaysia’s target of 10,000 EV charging stations by 2025.
