  • Get to know the Role:
  • The position is to ensure timely and accurate closing of books. Provide support to management on the reports required for management decision making.

  • In-depth understanding of business book-keeping procedures
  • Knowledgeable of accounting regulations and its legal obligations
  • Time-management, attention to detail, systematic

  • Job Description:
  • Support functional leader to execute daily operational activities on function assigned to you
  • Multi-tasking and cross funtional coordination, communication, work towards common goal
  • Learn about the market and customers, involve to support Co. sales revenue growth
  • Learn to understand project milestone and project plan, from execution to deliverables
  • Liaison with external associate, sub contractors, government bodies to get job done on time
  • Support to develop, establish professional processes, procedures, work-flow, edit, modify and release new versions for standard operating procedures
  • Conduct research, deep dive, case study to summarise results findings, strategy for decision
  • Appointment, organize online meeting, meeting minutes and coordinate actions closure
  • Learn and understand current practices, stakeholders requirements & expectations
  • Manage priorities, urgency, work towards its delivaerables on time with cost optimization
  • Learn legal term & considion of business, on-quality and risks mitigation, sustainability
  • On job training, hands on to detail, require less supervision, work independently

  • Job Requierments:
  • Posses Bachelor’s Degree’s ideally in Computer Science, Sales Marketing, Business Admin, Accounting, HR or related discipline on logistic, transportation, smart mobility.
  • Those without Degree but 4 years and above working experiences can be considered
  • Good communication skill, articulate and able to do presentation and facts figure summary
  • Skillful in Microsoft office word, excel, ppt.
  • Learn entrepreneurship, passionate, focus and find the way to problem solving, work-hard with hungry spirit to acquire knowledge, work exposure to gain experiences
