  • Get to know the Role:
  • Oversee end-to-end process of driver communications. You will be responsible to craft creative, clear and concise communication messaging. Key things that we typically communicate with drivers are weekly driver incentives, major campaigns, and promotions.
  • The day-to-day activities:
  • Craft weekly content for driver communications.
  • Create a communications schedule on what to send for each communication channel.
  • Execute on all communications with some supervision from reporting supervisor.
  • Typically written communication with drivers.
  • Minimal direct communication with drivers.
  • Work very closely with various departments.
  • In constant contact with customer service, driver payments team, finance team in ensuring smooth driver communication and all
  • driver facing touch points are covered.
  • The must haves:
  • Degree from local or foreign universities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word.
  • Experience in setting up sites via Wordpress, newsletter via MailChimpg and HTML.
  • Previous copywriting experience preferred.
  • Willing to work on ad hoc basis and on weekends.

  • Get to know the Role:
  • Play a key role in helping to prepare business and growth plans and financial models and own its entire execution by closely working with cross functional team and the Regional BD Team – KPIs, operating plan, marketing plan, budgets, cash flow and overallcompany finances.
  • Pro-actively identify and suggest new opportunities to improve and iterate initiatives; focusing on customer/driver-centric initiatives to improve user/driver experience and to materialize sustainable business models for Grab.
  • Play a key role in leading strategic initiatives to drive Grab business sustain-ably forward.
  • Originate, solidify, and maintain productive relationships with key partners.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve and iterate new initiatives.
  • Develop business case, build and analyze financial models for new initiatives.
  • Achieve, and report on KPIs periodically to Head of BD (Country).

  • The day-to-day activities:
  • Provide coaching and continuously upskilling of junior teammates.
  • Pro-actively work with BD teammates to craft and share best practices efficiently using common resources.
  • The must haves:
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience in Finance company, Management consulting, Private equity, Investment banking, orBusiness Development
  • Strong creativity and problem solving skills
  • Strong experience in engaging and negotiating with middle managers
  • Experience in retail, travel, tech, automotive industry, auto finance and/or B2B sales a plus
  • Excellent cross functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
  • Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners
  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
  • Local language proficiencies a must
  • Relevant BA/BS/BEng degree
  • MBA from top tier university preferred.
