  • The day-to-day activities:
  • YOU will be expected to work over 50 hours, 5 days/week full time and sometimes on irregular hours, be a thought and decisive leader, from formulating strategies and planning to setting goals, target objectives and its execution to results
  • To recruit, grow sales network and build a team of over 100 personnel, go to market, nationwide
  • To lead sales marketing, mostly working from home during pandemic
  • Deep dive and understand market landscape, creating strategic papers of the specific market segmentation, develop strategic key corporate customers
  • Plan, formulate sales target, order forecast, business review, grow revenue
  • Present ioT smart solution digital products and services, “Plug & Play” offering to customers, to speed up their digital transformation (ecosystem)
  • Assessment, listen and understand customer’s pain points, status quo, competitors, “stand in the shoe” of customers, capable to identify hidden opportunities, making impactful beneficial proposal, value creation
  • Marketing communication, adopt social media, creativity, event to increase brand awareness
  • Track, anticipate, follow, lobby and participate in open tenders to winning contracts, risks mitigation, potential partnerships, collaboration and team-up
  • Maintain long term, key strategic customer’s relationships management
  • The must haves:
  • ABechalor’s degree holders on relevant fields, eager to learn more about digital innovation with internet of things, artificial intelligence, big data, APP, e-wallets
  • Minimum 10 years working experiences, ideally at leadership role, those without a degree but vast experiences in leading car parking and toll industry can be considered (especially those who has strong network with buildings, lands and business owners)
  • ARequired Skill(s): Presentation, communication, conduct customer’s & competitor’s research, informative, insightful, strategic and influential, persuasive, persistency, people networking, market research with analytical skill, outspoken.
  • Obvious leadership, energetic with burning passion, “Can do attitude”, mission possible, deal with challenges and pressure, sense of urgency and aggressiveness, focus & hands on to make it happen!
